borders are easy, just select all(ctrl+A) , make a new layer (Ctrl+Shift+N) and then go to select> Modify> Border> then make it about 1 Pixil. Color in the selection.

Anyway i do this
>>CTRL + A
>>New Layer
>>Get the marcuee tool
>>Right click and then stroke
>>Add a one pixel black stoke :P

It looks like all you used was brushes
i think the beveled borger part of the sig could use a lil bit of transparancy and probably ass more tech masks over the render also the tech text in the middle would look even sweeter if they wer smaller. i like it overall.
