Its looks quite nice especially the idea, its totally unique :) Could be better though, try taking off all those sigsn they just clutter it, maybe add a caution strip going acroos there?

Sorry dude, trash it and start over. No flow, the colors are too blah and the document size is HUGE. It's also not very creative.
