central manchester isnt bad, everything is sorta close together with the arndale centre and stuff, but dont go to the food court in there cos my mate got a bug and was sick all over the front of the carling apollo theatre when we saw franz ferdinand! :lol:

hahah well it depends which food restaurant you went to, because that indian one near to kfc is rank! and made me sick too when i was in urbis with some people hahaha man i love town :D

Hehe, I'm from Carlisle ... so I generally go for Newcastle. I tell you what I do like in Manchester, though ... the Trafford Centre. Still, the Metro Centre in Newcastle is the biggest mall in Europe :P
EDIT: But the Trafford Centre looks better; more ornate.
EDIT 2: Oh, and Newcastle has a bridge that moves.
