Try the stock brushes...
i tried but it never worked..... srry i didnt reply must of missed it.
just to make sure i did it right, u click on "Reset Brushes"?
You can't scatter with the smudge tool in PS7 . Atleast as far as i know you can't... that's why most signature makers love Cs2 . O.o
