Not exaclty like that. The eye problem is the easiest thing to fix, along with the skull problem.
The joints are extremly hard to reconstruct. I luckily didn't have the joint deformities. (or I wouldn't be typing this most likely)

Ewwww... the joints shouldn't be part of the same condition. You only get cloverleaf skulls when the bones in the skull fuse prematurely, but the brain is still growing. That childs probably blind.
That is just plain gross.
The actual syndrome, is called "Craniosynostosis".
It's actually (in low to med-high severity cases), easily fixed. The mortality rate is really quite low. =)
