I agree. Fix up a bit of the clutter, you'll get rid of that god-awful scroll bar and it just looks a lot more professional. A few minor touchups on the green one and it could draw tons of attention to your community.

I don't think so, IMO it looked really plain.

Plain isn't always bad.

Look at google. The most MINIMALISTIC site, is the most popular website in the world.

People hate to see to much clutter, and color. It get's annoying.

Then why are so many of the signatures I see cluttered?

I dont see so many cluttered signatures. I see clutured signatures from people that don't much about graphic design. ;)
