but anyways, there was this guy called Speedo Man (rofl) and his named already gives u a hint.
yes he wore a speedo, he couldnt drive..did drugs (DUI). and so he roams GJ..and hes so cracked up, in the winter he wore bunny ears with a pink tutu...hes a crazy guy
