hes right lol i thought i was in shape, my friend got some boxing glvoes.. maybe a minute into it u'll be tired as shit lol.. its a good workout.. next day ur sore as hell
Well i'm not conditioned, but I'm active and I'm "fit" in my mind. I'm bulking right now so cardio is bad for me, and equally I am falling slowly out of shape, but once I'm done and I start cutting then I'll be doing HIIT and be back in shape in no time.

Yeah, my friend has a ring in his backyard (he's an inspiring pro wrestler at age 20, don't ask) and I boxed a friend this summer. Good lord, it's pretty easy hopping around a ring, but try doing it for minutes on end while being punched in the gut; not so easy.
And the seemingly long break inbetween rounds, lasts but milliseconds to the dazed boxer in the corner :p
