i did a motiuon blur some distorts took out the black in it and made an outline

i also put my name on it and............
um................

and i did only one distort since the others looked like crap

imo it'd look better without the distorts and motion blur

do a photomanip of regular cards and make them neon without those effects and you may get a quality sig

The blur or whatever it is over the values looks terrible. Sorry, that's all I got.
