Its looking good considering the bad quality of render, you have made good use of it. Also i think you've done a really good job on the brushing, maybe next time you could improve on the render, maybe smoothen it out in photoshop, a guassian blur maybe.

Nah the render's fine on photoshop..... yeh the brushing is a little shi*, lol. Only on the main part i reckon thoggh...
I personally think the brushing is of relativley good quality.
It looks all fuzzy and horrible with the eraser shape i used though. That's why it's 'choppy' slightly
Try a different render.
