That is possible cuz i got this picture from a photomanip tutorial outthere, but the outcomes wasnt the same, cuz i didnt use the tut only the pic.

just put a larger texture on the face because the skin being so soft the one you have is too flat, put some depth into it..

Its nice, but I hate in these type of manips where people overlay the crack textures n all that shiz, over the clothes :S It makes no sense!
