Hey man, that looks really nice. The only thing I'd do is tone down that star on the bill of the hat. Other than that, good job. What does the stock look like? (I'd current that one if I were you.)

The green on her cap is slightly distracting...
Make a new layer, go over it with purple, and then set the layer on hue....
Glowing designs stand out too much IMO...
Probably your best so far tho ;)
