How much do ou manipulate your photos? Just a question because it seems that 95% of photos are manipulated on these forums. in some cases its a shame, in others it can be quite useful.

I post process all of my photos. Sometimes a little and sometimes a lot. But I know that when people ask me how much work has been done in post, I know I did pretty well. You shouldn't really see exactly what has been done afterwards.
I almost never think that photo editing is a shame. I think it is an art in itself, especially beauty retouching. Beauty retouching has never been a good thing as you simply turn normal people into perfect people, but still it takes a lot of skill and patience. Some people tend to totally over manipulate photos though and that sucks. It can look cool but in the end you realize it's just a lot of curves and levels in Photoshop.
