It's EASY!! Look at my tutorial and the other tutorials that deal with the pen tool around here. You'll know how to adjust things quickly on the fly!!

I got the hang of it in around 5 ~ 10 min.

Look like the last scene from FLCL. 2 things are missing is the boy with guitar and the girl on a flying bike.
