Okay, i know I'm a little late, but here goes.

This sig is overall pretty good, granite I don't exactly understand the intentional empty space, however i do get the colors.
The sig is okay, however i wish there would have been more of a background as it would have done this sig a lot of good. I feel like there is just too much darkness, and not enough of a background, but sometimes things like this work.
One thing to remember when working with a sig with no background is to keep the sig small. This sig is rather large and for having a lot of empty space you could have easily afforded to chop it up a bit.

The blending is pretty nice, I like the smudging into the light source it really make the render go with it well. It makes the light source look a lot less "created" and more part of it. nice job.
I think the light source is a bit too bright on that background however. It seems to me that your background is a dark dark black and then all the sudden there is a VERY bright and blown out white light source. However it isn't too much of a problem.

The colors are pretty cool, they go with the render nicely. However I think the text needs a lot of work. The font isn't working for me. I would suggest a font not a system looking. Maybe a bit smoother, or some Japanese ,looking font, after all it is anime. Just a suggestion, if you'd like and you allow me to touch your sig i could show you what i mean.

Nice job overall though i really think the lack of a BG is taking away from the sig.
