about 2 yrs,but i never really tried,i just made shapes for about 3 months :- p,then i started puting text on pics from yahoo,then i started using filters,then i started using brushes,i've been using brushes for about 1.2 yrs or so
since last september i remember it well :)
PS7, around 3 months now I think.
Photoshop for 3 months. About 2 months ago I started with brushes. Then I found deviantart with all those crazy brushes like a month ago, and have gotten a lot better.

Half a year maybe (PS).
I've used C4d for a few hours, same for Maya + 3dsmax.
Photoshop - Almost a year actively.
Cinema 4d - 8 Months
3d Studio - Couple of weeks
MS Paint - 5 or 6 years.

Man, I use a LOT of programs....but there are too many I use to name them all. I'll list the main ones for GFX.
Photoshop - A little over 3 years, but 2 of those years where just a little off and on stuff I did for college. (I only had 2 semesters with Photoshop. The rest was for 3D stuff and Flash.) The latter year is when I really got into using it more.
Maya - 3 years as well, but for the past year I haven't really done much in it, so I'm probably pretty rusty.
Illustrator - Same as Photoshop. I use it in conjunction with PS sometimes.
Flash - about 2 years. (We didn't get into Flash in college until the second year.)
Paint Shop Pro - about 2 months off and on, until I discovered Photoshop. (This was before college.)
Apophysis - (Used for making fractal images) about a month, then I stopped using it.
