ur background are always similiar...just thot i wud say lol...na it don't think that render fits with the background..
I have to agree with aplix for a bit.. You often use the same colors. Your text is pretty good.. I LOVE the link one... but this one just doesn't cut it..
Background is a little repetative. I know you're just sampling the brushes, but try and have a few layers of different brushes

i dont think the quote goes with the render but thats only IMO. Blending is not good, brushing and colors are nice though
