The ads

Yeah, using that gresemonkey thingy would be ignorant :(

thats why, when you install it you have to say what sites you want blocked, i only use it when theres a site with really in your face ads, you know the kind where they are all over that page and you cant see anything without an ad being next to it lol

its just an option people can use if they dont want to see the ads, thats all

didn't have a problem with them lol just petite people...:P

Well everytime I come to CX I click on each ad twice. It only takes a couple of seconds and it's the least I could do to help out the site. It's not like Metal is making hundreds of dollars off of it. I think you only get a cent or two for every few clicks, not really sure.

Plus Metal and I talked about this a while ago and thought how cool it would be to be able to offer prizes to the winner of the Climb-X sig tourney or other contests. Unfortanetley right away some people think it's all about greed and money. Whem in fact it's just another way to try and make CX more fun for everyone.

So instead of downloading programs and running scripts to get rid of the ads, how about just clicking on them and helping the community out a little.

I've got adblock running, so i don't see any ads. I didn't even have to add any restrictions to the blocker.
