c4d is mad hard to use I wish I could make non-abstract work. Where'd you guys learn how to make non-abstract renders? It would be crazy if you made a tutorial, I'd love you forever XD
sigs look nice but yea I am starting to get a bit bored with c4d abstract now, a lot of them look alike now. I've seen that generic explosiony dots one with light shining through the creases (first one) a lot now. Someone musta made a tut for it or something.
2nd is the best indeed anyway.
jack i understand wat u mean there, and i agree with you, but im just gettin to learn the basics of the program now...and i plan to find my own style when im more experienced.
as for tuts try pixel2life....they have some great ones, and a bunch of non-abstract ones. its a very complex program and im sure u could do a lot with it
thanks for the comments on the sigs btw
love the second one dude.
I use 3ds max. I haven't touched C4D. Though, everybody I know that uses C4D and/or 3ds Max says that Cinema 4D is actually very userfriendly for a 3d program. So if you find it difficult, I suggest that you learn the program better (as you are) before, if youre planning to move up to a better program. C4D is decent, but 3ds Max is more powerful. 3ds Max is more professional (not to mention 5 times as expensive, its $3500) than Cinema 4D, but as I said, C4D is more userfriendly. If you ever pick up 3ds Max, PM me or something and I'll show you the modelling method (theres many) I use so that you can model your own objects ;)Quote:
