I love doing the smaller style sigs.
The lighting isn't all correct. There is a considerable ammount on his face, and there isn't much light there. Good lighting behind his head, but work on the part in front. Right now, its fine, but it could have better lighting.
EDIT: You do have something on the way right, but that is not the same color on the face. Just forgot to mention that.
