well i think that it only helpfull fot the tech sigs
i havent found any better use for that
also it is very easy to create it and u dont give any examples
so the new guys to understand

hmm... I suggest using a few more detailed mosiacs and some hue and saturation mixed with some cool glow...
no offense but what was the point of this tut? it nice but a lil simple dont u think?
