Which one? The first piece? A scanned a pencil doodle. Opened it up in PS. Outlined the solid lines in a solid hard brush ranging from 1 to 9 pixels in size. Then make a new layer for each area under the black outline with the solid color. Like pink for the gums. Then after I had the basic colors I used the solid hard brush again to add the detail....thats pretty much it. Probably took 30 min in total.
