Your digital painting has improved vastly since you last posted here man.
I'm liking the subtle change in colour on the right hand shin (the viewer's right, not the robot).
If you're going to make it that dark, then perhaps another artificial light source would make it more viewable, it would also allow you to add details.

AS for the art:
Well done, I'm applauding your effort, although it seems a little strange that you're doing this as a tribute to ripping or something? Get his permission, that's what I'd like.
The coloring is very well done, but again, as said previously, it does need lightening, badly. You lose so much detail from bad lighting, and the lighting itself isn't even over the entire piece. I dislike the green as well, go for something original, I'd love to see this piece in purple, because it's completely original.
