Border...How is that done?
You could always do:
1. Fill the background with Black. Alter + Backspace with black as foreground colour.
2. Post your anime picture and place it in the middle of the canvas orif it's a render, use the Rectangular Marquee tooland make a box in the middle of the canvas and fill it with white.
3. Use the Marquee tool again on the inside of the white box and go to Edit > Stroke and choose the thickness of your border and click OK. You should have a border.. if there's a faster way, post it!
just use stroke twice on a white bg. first with black and then with white. make sure the black is double the thinkness of the white.
