Need to make your instructions more clear, make sure you use common slang, different countries use different words
eg; In the UK what US people might know as an elevator we in UK know as a lift.
Pants = Trousers
pants in uk = underpants in us
elementary school = primary school in uk
high school = comprehensive school
Those are common words nothing to do with graphics but im sure there are some other words that vary.
Glad to see I'm not the only one who had a problem or two. I don't feel so dumb now! :D Good tut, but with out a screen shot here or there, I'm not sure where I went wrong.

uhhh sry but this tut is hard to follow and doesn't feature enough screen shots or details for me to properly come out with something good. i've tried many times to get it right but i just keep getting a black blob by the end.

and ice2kool did you did @ blending options set darken??
to set your blending mode
click on the layer on the bottom right you want to change
then look up and see a box "normal" click the arrow beside it and choose "darken"
just draw the freaken lines
apply them with wind
after duplicate the layer
then use wave and wind then change the mode to lighten
simple@!
This tut is what got me to register here, I love it!
P.S. Since I think I'll be making this alot for sigs I made a document the was 50 px width by 120 px Height and made a thick line straight threw the middle of it and then defined it as a pattern.
uh all these good sigz i wish i could make but i duno if its using filters or brushes and wen i use filter it doesnt come out so realistic and when i use brushes it doesnt come out that good either. DAMNIT SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME
