Haha sweet, i notice you get more satisfaction from home made stuff rather than brush packs or render packs, nice job, like the material, it rocks!
thanks, i could write a tut i guess.. but it might not work since i got an old version, basically you mess about with BhodiNut Fresnal on color and lumi then add a diffusion with clouds and link up the lumi, then either have trasnparency or reflection
oh and the exploding furry looking thing is an explosion on like 3% with the render having anti aliasing and 16x16 oversampling (wateva that means, i jsut know it makes it look good :D )
