I think in this case i would have made all of your text a bit smaller. I would have lowered the opacity on the Background text.
I think I would also make the liquidgears text smaller and center the 10x wheel monk text below it. '

Seriously though i do plan on changing the color. I just havent had photoshop open lately, only illustrator. Probabaly today will do it though.
