Your second is the best. I like it a lot colorwise. The text looks pretty great too. Your idea with the boxes to put the text in looks great.

The first one seems a bit too chaotic too much going. A lot of it seems like it might be brushes too, is it?

The third is cool. The texture on the side is kinda random..I don't know if it has to be there. Though i'd like to see more eeffects it's a solid sig IMO.
