Asteroid Complex

Wow thanks a lot for the great in-depth CnC. I'm gonna brighten the asteroids and the backside of the planet and most importantly fixing the stars..Hopefully tonight but if i run out of time the update will probabaly be tommorow. I'll be uploading it to dev art then.

John326: lol thanks, i made the asteroids in c4d by modeling out a clump of mishapen-ness and then added a crter or two. Finally i added my rock mat. It took me awhile to come up with it. The planet wa smade in PS with some satallite stocks and the stars were made in PS as well.

Daemon: i get what you mean. I should have added more mid-sized asteroids, but i was having a hard time getting it to look good while still being able to see the tiny asteroids far away.

@ nilson: thanks your CnC helps a lot! I didn't know that about space peices, actually makes sense though so i'll take that into mind on my v2.

but could you plz make a tut of how you made the planets??

and just wonder what is a c4d program??

i mean i've seen and used a few c4d's but didn't know there was a special program that you make them in

if there were some soft colours on the planet it would be opretty sweet. ughmm yea daemons asteroid idea from what i know of it sounds good.
top left is a bit empty.
and i sort of figured out, if you have a bright shiny spot(like you do) there should be less visible stars there, because the bright spot adjusts your eyes to away from the dimmer farther light, if you get what im saying.

goodjob though for sure, i wouldbe proud if this is my work, but with your skill you can defianetely make this extremely killer.

cuz i dont use any other program than ps

so unless you can make the astroids on ps also ^_^

very nice work realy like how you have done the sun I was looking at my sun the other day and its lame in conparison I shall have to work on mine more.

c4d is short for cinema 4d, its a 3d rendering program, used for various purposes.. ie. asteroids, or the c4d's used in signatures. It is even used by professional animator for 3d rendering..

I hate you papa. :p
