Lol, I have no idea where you could find a nice tut but you seem pretty good with PS and both the lines and the man in the tux are EXCELLENT ways to make awesome art. You would pretty much be everyone's favourite person if you made a sweet tut. :D
EDIT: You could ask Immortal or ratchetandclank or other people that have made loads of tuts because they could probably help. :P I wish you luck.
