drop the scan lines. IMo they do nothing for the sig except make it look outdated. The text is nic ei like that, but add more blending to the render. Overlap something ontop of it, and then add some depth to the bg it;'d be way better.
Also the 1 px sandwich border went out of style a long time ago, f your gonna do a border make it black or white, but i prefer none.
