Nice job man, getting better ;) The hair could have some more detail and finer lines. At the moment they are quite poofy and curvy.
the hair isnt that bad yearh there is a awkward shape here and there but what these vectors really need is some more details try making some more shapes on face and hair add shadows and highlights to make it more realistic :D

yeah I was just learning basic vectors and stuff wanting to get better at the basic idea and design of them before I try to go over the top and give lots of details!
