wow, Dark Side of the Moon LP????? I'm a droolin just thinking about it. I wanna get the back edition pink floyd poster and get it framed, spose i had better start searchin ebay.
Midnight Oil tried not long ago to get into the american market. Peter Garett is the singer and he is a big environmentalist plus land rights activist. A lot of their music is political. their best album would have to be "10, 9, 8, 7, 67, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1" often refered to as "10 to 1". But Disiel and Dust has some very good music on it. after 10 to 1 they went commercial so the style changed a little, but their latter stuff is still very good.
INXS is another brillant band, but i presume you have heard of them. umm... i'm not good on names but i'm in the process of trying to get a collection of greate aussie rock, so when i have it i will post some of the better ones. Ice House, Crowded House, Men at Work, Cold Chisel, AC/DC, Savage Garden, Olivia Newton John, are a few names. dont know if i think that much of Savage or Olivia, some of Savage's stuff is okay.

The matrix theme song is most likely "Clubbed To Death" by Rob D (Rob Dougan), he's really good. One of the only techno/trance/house/whatever-the-hell-you-want-to-call-it artists that I enjoy.
