Ok now i have revamped this its all one color.. sorry i know its boring.. But all the text and out look has been made to be the same.. But i want to know besides looking at the colors and the layout style.. What can i do to improve the all the boxes. i want to make this as appealling as possible without going too over board..

Just a quick question since you don't have alot going on right now: Are you going to be rasterizing the text for the labels on each of the sections as well as the navigation? If you are, then you might need to improve the legibility of the fonts used. Also, I really would discourage you from using images for the navigation as opposed to rendered text. This is a navigation usability issue that could cause problems.
The other thing was, if you're using images instead of rendered text, there's some optimization issues. Are you willing to use more images to get the look you want, as opposed to using static text and getting a faster load time? If this is something you want to consider, go to http://www.ampsoft.net/webdesign-l/WindowsMacFonts.html and read about the web-safe fonts you can use.
Ill take a look at the link.. Fixing the text is easy.. i will go with basic san serif most likely.. not worried about that.. i want to get the most out of this style without it looking plain and boring.. Ill just be using the main nav bar for slicing up. The rest can be added during the coding. or i can premake the buttons.. that hasnt been yet decided. Loading time isnt an issue as long as its reasonable.. But im flexible either way.. The achievment is more eye appealong layout then what i have now..
