right the V2 of the colour version is ALOT better IMO :) you should add a nice clipping mask or C4D over the right side of him on the tag to create depth :) also get rid of text its ruining it for me :) its just a distraction from the focal point :S you just need abit more depth :)

I really like the colored v2. Text is better placed and there's a better sense of color in it. Keep up the great work.

My text seems to be a love it or hate it thing XD i guess i could compare it to marmite as its also sticky and looks like brown goo. lol erm. Thx for the comments my go further with this but working on something else as well so may not = )
