That Mario signature looks very good dude. The blending you used is great.
The only thing that I can find wrong is that Mario is a little to dark, and needs to be brightened up.

on both mario has been un-blended(a little bit) and on the red one i made the background lighter

Green one , yeh i really like it now, good job ^.^
Like I been saying. Green from the get go. I like it now that he's unblended. But I think the text should be shifted down a bit. Near the middle or so. And move Mario in a little more. He's barely there and its his sig!! Lol.
what happened to marios cheek? also, i agree that you should move him over, and i like the placement of you text on the green one.
i also happen to like where the text is... and i've tried moving mario to the center, and to the right... but it looks akward.... (he is turning to his left so he should be "seeing" the rest of the signature with his eyes....)
