it was probably posted on photobucket illegally. a lot of the stuff you can find on there is copyrighted. i know i've seen it on an artist's page where it would be a copyrighted image, but I don't feel like searching through hundreds of pages to find it when people are just going to say "it doesn't really matter anyway"
