Thanks for the help everyone. I'm going to use the third design, after a landslide victory. And I may be using the first design for my personal blog.
well, i tAKE it you are going for a professional look (becuase ur like 30 sumthing and its your work) so DEFINATELY go for 3, otherwise 2 would be my choice for a nice simple layour, but 3 is much more professional

If it's for your company, i'd take the 2nd design.
I know it looks less good than the third option,
but it's A LOT more user friendly... simple, clear-cut overview of your company's solutions...
not every user on the net is a an experienced, internet-minded, browser, so those who aren't just click away from your page within 7sec's if seems to complicated for them...
(i know, silly huh...:P)
