uhh... add new layer fill with whitethen get marquee, select 4 pixels smaller on height and width with measured thingy, centre using curser keys, press delte, change blending to soft light, make a inner 1pix stroke of color ya want - thats my fav
eh, i dont really like it much sorry. the bg is good and all but i dont think the render really fits the bg IMO. personally i would have used some fractcals. i think those go really good with chick renders. sorry.
