I don't brush. Sorry for the confusion. However to make things glow, the best way is usually to dupe the layers and change the blending options to something like vivid light. Adding lots of contrast also makes objects appear to glow.

I find it quite eerie.. nice picture :D You made the planet? Wow that's awesome it looks like one of the super neat pictures the computer pre-makes. Great work! ^.^ ... imagine that and you can't hear a thing in space........
The image never loaded for it (imageshack is too damn slow). Although, the small thumbnail I saw looks great! One of the best 'planets' I have seen, great job. 9/10
