Better colors and contrast on this one, but it's also to bright with to many white spots.

Might wanna erase some of the starlight lines to fade them out on the edges.

Some scatter smudge would add more action to it.

The text placement is not the best and the Nevad text shall be closer to the rest of them, I would place it over Galactic.
Might wanna cut the body of the dragon shape, just keeping the head with the neck, it takes over to much now.

Work on the adjustments some more.

It's getting better man :D

Gas: your colors is a little to saturned and vibrant. Try making it more gray and natural.

Shadow: I really like how you wrapped in the shield with starlights, it's a pretty damn sweet sig.

99: Your tag is so much like mine that it's scary, only needs a more regular font.
