make sig like this isnt hard, I can tell you this sig have around 9 layers
first step, you just need to smudge used render twice or more (3/4) times, to make simple bg, smudge settings is random, so I dont tell you what I used...
next add render, erase edges a bit
next step is add some c4d effect renders, erase over focal,
next add bw gradient, erase on mask over focal to give him color,
next apply image, add sharp,
next step make new layer, fill it with gray, normal around 50% opacity, erase over effects and focal with soft brush (last 2 steps can be make faster if you own topaz adjust, use smooth and flat filter)
next step add red and blue soft brushing on focal, set on linear dodge
last step use dodge and burn tool
congratz you are finnished
