How do u add a topaz effect just brush then change to like overlay or something?

topaz products are filters, you have to apply image, then apply topaz.
for future, for questions about PS and gfx there are extra forums... ;)

wow mio, i recognise that name, if im correct you have majorly improved in your graphic skills!, i'm loving v3 just maybe dull down the red to right right of the focals head, if you did that and maybe add some text it would be a very tasty tag, good job!
