We should respect other's work and unless we have permission from the original artist to edit it, then there should be no reason to post the edited image. If you wish to drag it into Photoshop and mess around with it, there is nothing stopping you, but do NOT post it in the thread without permission!!

Effects look too smooth. Topaz? Stop overusing it so much. Its one thing to clean the tag, its another to overuse it. Nice color scheme going on. I think the smudge is too distracting though. Needs better blending and tonal of color. Remove the text. I think the effects are nicely place but the elements themselves are somewhat unattractive due to the topaz. Work on the composition and color. Keep at it!
