Meh sorry, it just installed in my cs3/4...not cs5 tho. I'm on a 64-bit OS but not quite sure if my photoshop is.

Topaz smooths out the picture but it increases contrasts in the shadows, at least from what I have seen. Doesn't look like topaz to me. Work a bit on the blending, also remove the text. Nice one.
