Although I disagree with the text, I have to say your edit looks a lot cleaner overall. I'll have to take a look at my version again tomorrow and see what I can do :D

I may agree with the flow. But I love the color of this sig. The purple to blue melds really well. Good job to both of you on that aspect. As many others said, right side had good flow. One problem i see is on the left side, if you look at the chief's right shoulder. You see how sharp and pixelated it is? Something like that can ruin the comp of the entire sig. perhaps blur his shoulder or something. I like the text! All in all, a good tag imo.
