Wauw nice tutorial! I tried it right away, and this is my outcome:

Yet I used a render, so I skipped most of the bg steps.
And I did some other adjustment layers too, because they fitted better.

Good colours
Love the lightning
Fractal could be good if it wasn't so prominent
If you followed my bg steps you would have smudged right
The fractal has taken away from any hard work you put into the bg..
but good job man like it!

Wow you just keep improving don't you :)
Love the effects brilliant try and carry them over the focal a little though (if you get me)
and if you insist on using renders what you can do for the bg is color pick colours from the bg and smudge them similar to the tut
then add like a background stock for some little detail and texture :)
you maybe have also over blurred the bg

Yeah I didn't do so well with the bg because I didn't understand the smudging and blurring parts but I'm sure I'd understand if I messed around with photoshop more. I'm still new to photoshop and Sig making in general. xD

Everyone keeps saying this but its what i was going for in the making something a bit different i pained over adjustment layers for a LONG time to get something i liked :P
