Hmmm, colors are a bit better and more uniform. I would suggest trying some different effects, i dont think those flower brushes are going to give your the effect that is necessary for this type of sig. Also lower the opacity on your soft brush lighting, its to obviously a soft brush, you want the lighting to so seem natural. The blurring on the BG is pretty nice, give much more depth.
Much better.
Motion blur is a bit overpowering though.
Arite I'm hoping it's near perfect this time. If not, let me know :D. I don't feel like making a shitload of low quality sigs, I'd rather just perfect the ones I do make.

Imo, I think you should erase the motion blur from his hand at the top. Looks kinda weird :o.
