My opinion, If you get too mad lift some weights and listen to some loud music. wear yourself down and then take a nap, sleep always puts you in a better mood no matter what

Get into a screaming match with me and, or Apathy. You'll lose mind you, so maybe not.
don't worry about it too much and try to do some activities that you really like.
I always go outside and take my bike and just leave for a couple of hours. ;)
You could try to talk to a psychologist/therapist (you dont need to be crazy for that) and just say whats on your mind and you might get some good feedback, atleast it would be an outlet of your frustrations.
^ I was gonna suggest that, tall to one of them or someone similar just to releive some of the stress, look at it this way, if you save up you can move out soon:)
I would have to go to gym to use weights. ANd I do try sleeping but I have a habit of overthinking and when I try to calm down through sleep I always find myself thinking of too much dark thoughts and become even more irritated.

My gran sent me to about 3 therapists throughout the years. I improved but my gran, well lets just say she upped her game. :S
