Edit-A bit of grain around the effects would make it seem as if rain drops were bouncing off them but nothing to much because it would mess up the overall quality. I also feel that the render should be better blended into the background(but this is just me).

Unfortunately, the rain isn't on a separate layer XD. I tried the grain on my effects, but it ended up looking horrible so yeah. Also, I really don't see the point in blending the render any more. Then she'd look like she was a part of the background, not in front of it and behind the effects.

Thanks, however. You certainly showed me some insight on how to give my signatures some additional depth by tweaking the smaller things.
